STEM Pioneers, an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is committed to respecting the privacy of students, families, volunteers, and supporters. We collect information necessary for program registration, communication, donations, and educational activities and use it to support our educational mission. We do not sell personal information and share it only as necessary for program administration, with authorized service providers, educational collaborators, or as required by law. Parents or legal guardians sign media release forms authorizing STEM Pioneers and designated program collaborators, including NASA where applicable, to photograph, record, publish, and use participants’ images and voices in educational, instructional, and promotional materials, consistent with the terms of those releases.
